You are welcome to exchange or return any item you order from us within 21 days of receipt. Please call us at 503.436.1626 for a Return Authorization and special Return Address Instructions. We will e-mail this information to you.

 

Please Note: Any returned item must be in new, unworn condition, and must be accompanied by all Certificates of Authenticity and Historic Briefs and all other information that was sent with the item, in undamaged condition.

 

You are responsible for return shipping charges.

 

You must e-mail us the tracking # so we can keep a weather eye out for it.

 

All returns should be mailed via U.S. Postal Service (USPS) to the address we specify in the RA e-mail we will send you.

 

If it is a high value item over $200, we recommend Priority Mail, Signature Required.

 

As the return of any item is your responsibility until it arrives at our location, please consider insuring your return.

 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

 

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. When a refund is issued, the cost of original shipping is deducted from the refund total if applicable.

 

When the item arrives and is in the proper condition listed above, a refund will be issued promptly. You will receive e-mail notification of the refund.

 

Please Note: Orders for custom items are not eligible for return. Custom items are those that do not appear on our website, but are pieces that are specially created upon request. All items that appear on our website are eligible for refunds under the guidelines above.
