Here at Cannon Beach Treasure Company on the beautiful North Florida coast, we're open and shipping orders every business day, Monday - Friday. We aim to ship orders in one - two business days. (Express and Overnight orders ship same business day if placed before 12 Noon Eastern time.)

UPDATE ON ON-TIME CHRISTMAS DELIVERY:

IF YOU CHOOSE OVERNIGHT SHIPPING BY MONDAY, DEC 23 AT 12 NOON, WE WILL TAKE YOUR ORDER OVER TO UPS PERSONALLY BEFORE THE CUT-OFF FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY... AT THAT POINT IT IS UP TO UPS, BUT SO FAR, THEY ARE RUNNING ON SCHEDULE!

USA Holiday Order Cut-Offs for On-Time Christmas Delivery:

  • FREE USPS Priority Mail Shipping on orders over $300: Tuesday, December 17 at 12 noon Eastern.
  • Upgraded USPS Priority Mail Shipping on orders under $300: Tuesday  at 12 noon Eastern, December 17.
  • UPS 2-3 Day Expedited Shipping: Wednesday, December 18 at 12 noon Eastern.
  • UPS Overnight Shipping: Thursday, December 19 at 12 noon Eastern.

We are happy to ship UPS overnight orders on the 20th and  23rd, however, these orders may not arrive before Christmas.

For Our United States Treasure Fans:

  • Orders Over $300 Ship US Postal Service Priority or UPS (whichever is faster) FREE. Orders under $300 ship US Postal Service First Class FREE. Orders 
  • Expedited and Overnight shipping options are available at checkout - overnight cut-off time is 12 Noon Eastern Monday - Friday. 
  • You will receive a tracking number for your package so you can follow your treasure right to your door! 

A Note about United States Postal Service Shipping...

The United States Postal Service continues to have backlogs and delays in some areas of the United States due to the unprecedented number of packages moving through their system, and a shortage of employees. We are so sorry, but these delays are out of our control. Please choose our UPS Express or Overnight Options if you have a firm deadline and need your package to arrive in just a few days.

For Our International Treasure Fans:

  • Due to the massive slow down in postal services all over the world, only Priority, Expedited and Express shipping options are available at checkout.
  • You will receive a tracking number for your package so you can follow your treasure right to your door! 
  • WE CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DELAYS IN CUSTOMS - Please note that the shipping times displayed during checkout DO NOT include Customs clearance times or other transportation systems delays.
  • Please understand, we are not in charge of these services. We pay extra fees on our end (they are not passed on to you) for expedited customs clearance, but there are no guarantees.
  • Please Note: Customs/Duties/Taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • HEAD'S UP NEW ZEALAND AND AUSTRALIA TREASURE FANS: The U.S. Postal Service no longer mails to New Zealand or Australia - you will have several UPS options at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be absolutely thrilled with your treasure purchase! You are welcome to exchange or return any item you order from us within 21 days of delivery, or the first attempted delivery at the Ship To address.

Holiday Season Returns:  As a courtesy, orders placed between U.S. Thanksgiving Day through Christmas Day are eligible for an extended return period. These orders may be returned in 21 days or by January 1 of the year following the purchase, whichever return period is longer. 

Please call us at 503.436.1626 for a Return Authorization and special Return Address Instructions. We will e-mail this information to you. DO NOT RETURN ANY ITEM TO THE PO BOX ON YOUR ORIGINAL SHIPPING LABEL. YOU MUST CALL OR EMAIL FOR A RETURN AUTHORIZATION AND RETURN SHIPPING ADDRESS.

Please Note: Any returned item must be in new, unworn condition (WE CAN TELL IF AN ITEM HAS BEEN WORN, AND THUS IS NOT RETURNABLE), and must be accompanied by all Certificates of Authenticity, Historic Briefs, Books and all other information that was sent with the item, in UNDAMAGED condition in its original archival sleeve. 

  • You are responsible for return shipping charges.
  • You must e-mail us the tracking # so we can keep a weather eye out for it.
  • All returns should be mailed via U.S. Postal Service (USPS) to the address we specify in the RA e-mail we will send you. For high value items, you can also use UPS or FedEx.
  • If it is a high value item over $200, we recommend Priority Mail, UPS or FedEx, Signature Required. 
  • As the return of any item is your responsibility until it arrives at our location, please consider insuring your return.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. When a refund is issued, the cost of original shipping is deducted from the refund total.

Gift Wrap fee is not refundable.

When the item arrives and is in the proper condition listed above, a refund will be issued within 2 business days. If all items are not returned, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee. You will receive e-mail notification of the refund.

Please Note: Orders for custom items are not eligible for return. Custom items are those that do not appear on our website, but are pieces that are specially created upon request. All items that appear on our website are eligible for refunds under the guidelines above.
