We are so sorry, but these delays are out of our control. Please choose our UPS Express or Overnight Options if you have a firm deadline and need your package to arrive in just a few days.

We want you to be absolutely thrilled with your treasure purchase! You are welcome to exchange or return any item you order from us within 21 days of delivery, or the first attempted delivery at the Ship To address.
Holiday Season Returns: As a courtesy, orders placed between U.S. Thanksgiving Day through Christmas Day are eligible for an extended return period. These orders may be returned in 21 days or by January 1 of the year following the purchase, whichever return period is longer.
Please call us at 503.436.1626 for a Return Authorization and special Return Address Instructions. We will e-mail this information to you. DO NOT RETURN ANY ITEM TO THE PO BOX ON YOUR ORIGINAL SHIPPING LABEL. YOU MUST CALL OR EMAIL FOR A RETURN AUTHORIZATION AND RETURN SHIPPING ADDRESS.
Please Note: Any returned item must be in new, unworn condition (WE CAN TELL IF AN ITEM HAS BEEN WORN, AND THUS IS NOT RETURNABLE), and must be accompanied by all Certificates of Authenticity, Historic Briefs, Books and all other information that was sent with the item, in UNDAMAGED condition in its original archival sleeve.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. When a refund is issued, the cost of original shipping is deducted from the refund total.
Gift Wrap fee is not refundable.
When the item arrives and is in the proper condition listed above, a refund will be issued within 2 business days. If all items are not returned, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee. You will receive e-mail notification of the refund.
Please Note: Orders for custom items are not eligible for return. Custom items are those that do not appear on our website, but are pieces that are specially created upon request. All items that appear on our website are eligible for refunds under the guidelines above.
