This silver coin, a Denaruis, was minted by moneyer C. Piso L.f. Frugi in 61 BC in Rome. It pictures the laureate head of Apollo. Apollo was the god of music and dance, truth and prophecy, healing and light. On the back (reverse) is a galloping horseman carrying a palm.
