2,000-Year-Old Celtic Ring Money  - an Authentic Relic of the Birth of a Legendary Culture

Please Note: This is an authentic ancient bronze Celtic Money Ring, and you will receive the exact ring in the photographs and description.

Celtic bronze ring money dates from 800 to 50 BC, when these sturdy bronze rings were traded as currency among the Celtic tribes of Northeastern Europe, and later, Scotland, Wales and Ireland.

Bracelet Sizing:  Please see the note below to determine the perfect size bracelet for your wrist. We have sizes perfect for both men and women.

Your Celtic Ring Money Leather Bracelet:

    • Celtic Ring Money Date: 800 - 50 BC
    • Celtic Ring Money Metal: Bronze
    • Leather: Italian Buffalo Hide in Distressed Black
    • Bracelet Metal: Hypoallergenic Pewter - as with all Cannon Beach Treasure Company jewelry metals, your bracelet metal does not contain Lead, Nickel or Cadmium
    • Celtic Ring Money Diameter: 3/4”
    • Bracelet Length: 8" for wrists that measure approximately 7 1/2" - please see sizing information below

While they may not look like money, these bronze rings were used as currency by Celtic tribes and were worn on clothing or tied together with leather or string. Often referred to as “ring-money,” this type of Celtic artifact is rare. These artifacts were hand-made by Celtic craftsmen over 2,000 years ago.

How do I determine my bracelet size?

    1. Wrap a strip of paper or tape measure just below your wrist bone, where you would normally wear a bracelet
    2. If you are using a strip of paper, measure that paper strip with a ruler to determine your wrist size
    3. Add 1/2 inch to your wrist size for comfort - this is your bracelet size! For example, if your wrist measurement is 8", then you would order an 8 1/2" bracelet.

Celtic Ring Money leather cuffs fit close to the wrist, so the additional 1/2" will ensure comfort but a close fit. If you fall between sizes round up to the nearest 1/2".
